Hi, everyone! I am sorry that I have not updated the blog much since I began this whole school thing. It's quite busy and I feel too guilty to figure out what I can say in this forum. I can easily say that I miss all of you, however. :-)This picture is part of the project that I did a few weeks ago to make a particular classmate fall in love with me (in a non-sexual way, since OF COURSE if it were merely physical it would've been all-too-easy**). Many of you were so kind in responding and the nice things you said about me.
The male target that I had is kind of sarcastic, standoffish and so forth. He's actually married at just 26, with one son and another on the way. But he has made fun of me, my age, that I am a spoiled rich "kid" and so on. He also makes lots of jokes at other classmates' expense. He doesn't socialize with any of us and he once sent an e-mail to everyone about a college football game. We thought he was finally going to try to reach out. Instead, he was just asking if he could use someone's internet code for the weekend to watch the game at his own home--without any of us. I figured the only true approach with him was to show that I am goofy and to give the sarcasm right back to him.
I made this little cutout of me and put it on a magnetic board. Then, I made these several t-shirts and they could be interchanged on me. Since you can't quite read them on the blog here, I'll tell you what they say:
The one I'm wearing says, "love me, hate me, whatever"
Green: "Male Pattern Baldness is Sexy" (since the guy is losing his hair)
Blue: "My Tivo is My Best Friend"
Pink: "I Love College Football (Watch the Game and Ignore Me)"
Tan: "Sarcasm Keeps the World at a Healthy Distance"
Black: "When You Put other People Down, It Turns Me On"
I'm happy with how it turned out. And it got a pretty good reception with my fellow students who know him.
