Many people love children. Many people love dogs. Many people love children and dogs together. Why is it that men, when holding a child or walking a dog, are seen as so attractive? Women rarely get that reaction in the same scenarios. Oh well.Anyway, here's a clip of my nephew with Jasmine. Besides being adorable, these 2 have other things in common. They're about the same height. They have brown eyes. They can keep eating the same thing at successive meals and still enjoy it.
Another thing they have in common: they're both enamored with throwing a ball. My nephew is all smiles when he throws, and "ball" is the word he says most often. Jasmine intensely fixates on a ball, hoping and, if dogs can pray, praying that someone will throw it. If someone doesn't, she'll pick up the ball, then toss it at the nearest person with a bounce of her head. She stares at the ball again, thinking, "Go ahead! What are you waiting for?!?!" When the ball is thrown, she barrels after it. Actually, she often doesn't even have to go after it since she catches many throws with interception skills like an NHL goalie.
I hope you see the humor in this short video. Even though not much happens, it makes me smile.
